Shipping and Processing
Please allow up to two weeks for orders to be processed. Processing times do not include shipping times.
Once your order is processed, and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail or SMS text as soon as the labeled is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created.
Once the package leaves our shop, unfortunately delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at 800-275-8777. For UPS please call 800-742-5877. They will need your tracking number which can be found on your shipping confirmation email or text.
We will replace items that have been damaged during shipping, if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hollyprentice1@gmail.com so we can discuss options.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. A refund will be issued minus a 2.9% + $0.30 to cover Shopify/Paypal and a 10% restocking fee.
